Motivation and Commitment
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a discipline that helps people develop their potential and achieve their personal or professional goals. This is mainly accomplished through conversations, reflection, and questions that foster self-awareness and decision-making.
It focuses on the present and the future. Its purpose is to support the client in identifying their own internal resources and using them to move toward their goals.
At times, the coach may use specific exercises or tools to facilitate reflection, but always respecting that the answers and solutions come from the client themselves.
Each session concludes with a concrete action plan designed by the client, ensuring clear steps to follow before the next session. In addition, from the very beginning, a clear and specific goal is established, along with a framework that includes the estimated number of sessions, the duration of each (generally between 60 and 90 minutes), and the frequency, which is defined case by case but usually every 2 to 3 weeks.
